The hotel is conveniently located near the Krka National Park, making it a great base for exploring the main sights of KRKA. Guests have mentioned that it is close to the park and only a short drive away. the hotel offers beautiful pools where guests can relax and enjoy their time. the rooms are mentioned to be comfortable, with some even receiving free upgrades and exclusive dinners.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests is that the TV in the rooms is small and outdated.

Its situated in a perfect location, far away from the turist rush. Perfect for those who prefer to spend their holidays far far away from the overcrowded places and who want to get away from it all.

Pension Skalin is a new family hotel where the service given is exceptional. They still need to get some small things into place, but what can one expect from a 1 month old place. It is a great place to go if one wants to see the national park ;o)

The road to the Hotel was a bit spooky but it was totally worthwhile when we got there. Hotel is family owned/operated and they are the friendliest & most helpful I've seen. The 2 villas (old & new) constituting the rooms are both ok however there is 1 room (on the top left of the dining area in the old villa) that is exceptionally spacious, comfortable & has loads of spirit. Place itself is very relaxing & pool area is nice. Don't miss the mix-grill plate (specially the rump steak & veal chops) at the dinner when they are having a barbecue night .. it's delicious. Breakfast is decent & their house wine is pretty good. On the overall very good value for money. Highly recommended for groups, families or those who want want to drive around all day but enjoy a quite, relaxing time away from the tourists at the end of the day.

Location is perfect if you have a car and want to go around the whole area (Krka waterfalls, Sibenik, some of the closer islands..etc) or if you are planning to stay-in the whole time. Don't go there if you want a walking distance from any main attractions. A/C was acting a bit funny but we didn't really need it. Lots of mosquitoes at night so be prepared.

In the middle of nowhere but great pool and good food.

Great rural location for visiting Krka national park, nice swimming pools, great homemade ham and wine.

Unfortunately there was a bad sewage smell in our room the two nights we were staying that pretty much ruined the whole experience for us. Moreover the staff were initially not too helpful simply saying that it was not possible to do anything about it because it was saturday. After a new complaint they did come to the room to try to rectify the issue, unfortunately without success. We were only very late offered the option to change room if the smell was still present. No apology or discount was offered at check-out. Hopefully they will be able to get rid of the smell as it is a really nice place.

It was fantastic! Staff are so kind and helpful to your every need. Breakfast was more than you could have asked for and it is a perfect location for Kuna National Park - only 10mins drive. It is like a secret little haven but we do need a car!!

The location was very good for visiting the nearby Kirka national park. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff freindly and helpful. The swimmimg pools were large and very clean and were a big bonus as it was very hot.

A nice and peaceful wine yard with friendly staff. Two pools for the children to play in. The rooms were big and with a nice balcony with a view over the wine yard. Good food and wine.

A wonderful choice of hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing also brilliant for the Krka National Park Great care had been taken to produce delicious meals from local produce,especially tempting was the home cured ham. The rooms and pools were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. A fantastic choice of hotel.
